Chest and Tris - Bodyweight and banded workout
At Home workout that can be done to help burn fat, build muscle and stay in shape. This routine is done by using bodyweight and bands.
We have posted several workouts per week (All other workouts are listed below), revolving around bodyweight/banded exercises. (that can also be followed with weights if you have them).
-push ups 4x failure
-close stance push ups 4x failure
-1 arm flys with band 4x15
-1 arm cross body extension with band 4x15
-cross body flys with band 4x15
-band over head extensions 4x15
-laying down band chest press 4x25
-laying down 1 arm band extension 4x15
-plank in push up stance 4x 30 seconds
-push up stance chest touches 4x20
