Day 4 - At Home Workouts

With many gyms being closed do to the Corona Virus, you may be wondering how to approach your workouts. It's actually pretty simple, and fun, to find ways that you can still get good results from. I personally think you should add in at least 30 minutes of some form of cardio per day.

-Kneeling Shoulder Press 4x25 (Front Delt)

-Forearm Plank Tuck&Twist 4x25 (Side Delt)

-Laying Press&Hold 4x25 (Rear Delt)

Your muscles can not tell the difference between weights in the gym and your body weight. Time under tension & proper movements are all the matter. This is a quick easy workout so give it a try! P.S if you have a TENs machine available you can also use that to stimulate the muscles!
