With many gyms being closed do to the Corona Virus, you may be wondering how to approach your workouts. I personally think you should add in at least 30 minutes of some form of cardio per day.
-body weight squats 4x15
-box body weight split squats 4x15
-box body weight step ups 4x15
-band alternating curls 4x25
-band overhead extensions 4x25
-mountain climbers 4x50
-burpee w/ push up 4x25
