I completed this Chest & Tricep routine today, and switched up a few exercises along with the reps. Each exercise has roughly 30 reps which will allow you to do more weight. I also listed my supplement stack below... check it out!!
I like to switch up brands but at the moment, I really like using GAT,Redcon1, & Nutrakey.
