I usually do a bodyweight routine on Sunday. I focus on doing around 5 total exercises and do 1 set of each exercise and a short break after I complete all of the exercises. Try to keep the resting period to a minimum so that your heart rate stays elevated. Example: 10 reps of the first, second, third etc. exercise which would complete the first round of reps. Repeat this 4 or 5 exercise circuit 10 times for a total of 400-500 reps! Check out the routine below!

So for me, these products all have worked pretty well. I like to switch up brands but at the moment, I really like using GAT,Redcon1, & Nutrakey.
