Arm Reps

I completed this workout this morning and had a pretty good pump. This routine is base off of super sets for you biceps and triceps. Each exercise gets 3 sets with 15 reps for each set! If you can, try to limit the res periods in-between!

I also listed my current supplement stack. The only thing that has changed is the flavor of GAT Whey. Which I now am using Coffee flavor... it's amazing!

**Also I will be creating a video section on our site of various exercises so that everyone can watch & learn how to perform any they aren't familiar with!!

SUPER SET

Biceps Machine - 3 Sets of 15

Tricep Extension Machine - 3 Sets of 15

SUPER SET

Incline Bench Hammer Curls - 3 Sets of 15 (Each arm)

Skull Crushers - 3 Sets of 15

SUPER SET

Straight Bar Cable Curls - 3 Sets of 15

Dumbbell Kick Backs - 3 Set of 15 (Each arm)

SUPER SET

Preacher Curls - 3 Sets of 15

Rope Push Downs - 3 Sets of 15

Supplement Stack:

Preworkout - Redcon1 Total War

BCAAs - Cellucor Alpha Amino

Whey Protein - GAT Whey

Fat Burners - GAT L-Carnitine & Blackstone Labs Trojan Horse

Multivitamin - GAT Men's Multi+Test

I'm continuing to use GAT, Redcon1, These brands may have different results for someone else but so far I have seen a noticeable difference in my daily performance!
