So I wanted to try this recipe that I snagged off of etbfit.com. Eat The Bear, is the company that produces our top selling pure isolate protein. ETB Grizzly Pure Isolate only has 100 calories, less that one carbohydrate, zero sugar and 24-25 grams of protein. The flavors are awesome and I highly recommend it, you can check it out here.I personally use this several times per week to make my 3 ingredient protein pancakes.
Before I list the recipe, I just wanted to note a couple things. I didn't have the flavor Ice Cream Sandwich so I used chocolate for everything and the flavor tastes great. Also, I would bake it for slightly less time as it was a little dry but for the first attempt, I would say it was a success.
Mix ingredients together and place in the fridge until the cakes are completely cooled then place the batter between the two cakes and enjoy!

25g carb (2 fiber)
These macros can vary depending on substitute products you may use. The first picture below is taken off of the recipe from Eat The Bear. The bottom picture is how mine turned out.
