Ingredient Breakdown
In this formula we use a pure L-Citrulline rather than a combination of Citrulline Malate which we use in our Core Pre-workout. So that makes this a more updated formula. But what is L-Citrulline? L-Citrulline is naturally found in watermelon and can help boost athletic performance, decrease fatigue, increase blood flow, and help fortify your immune system. L-Citrulline is like arginine but better at producing nitric oxide because it is able to pass through the liver where most of arginine gets destroyed. An efficacious dose of L-Citrulline has been found anywhere from 2.4 - 7 grams daily will help increase athletic performance. So that's why we put 4.5 in ours
