Warm Up - 10 Mins Cardio


- Standing DB over head press 3x10
- Rope cable extensions 3x10

- Dumbbell side rises (pinky’s up) 3x10
- Dumbbell kick backs 3x10

- Reverse shoulder press machine 3x10
- Dip machine 3x10

- Dumbbell front raises (vertical) 3x10
- Cable cross extensions 3x10

- Reverse pec deck (1 arm) 3x10
- Dumbbell over head extensions 3x10

- Dumbbell Shoulder Shrugs - 5 Sets of 20
