-Close grip 3 board press 2 sets, 2 reps, 1 rep
-Mini band resistance speed press 6 sets of 3 reps
-High incline press (don't touch chest) 3 sets of 6 reps
-Dumbbell side laterals 4 sets of 10 reps
-EZ bar preacher curl 4 sets of 6 reps
-Dumbbell hammer curls 6 sets of 8 reps
-Floor press 3 sets of 15, 12, 8 reps
