All Exercises 3 Sets of 12
Leg Extensions
Laying Leg Curls
Leg Press (High Wide Stance)
Hack Squats
Straight Leg Cable Deadlift (On Box)
Box Step Ups

Back Squats: As many reps as possible for 3 sets, 135-225lbs Depending on your ability.
