- Wide Stance Push-Ups
- Step-Ups (On bench, step, box etc.)
- Dips (Using bench, step or box)
- Fast Paced Jog/Run 45 seconds - walk 15 seconds
- Body Weight Squats
- Ab Wheels
- Weighted Sit Ups/Crunches
