Warm Up - 10 Mins Cardio

SUPER SET

Flat Bench Dumbbell Press - 5 Sets of 10 Reps

Cable Flys - 5 Sets of 20 Reps

SUPER SET

Incline Bench Close Grip - 4 Sets of 15 Reps

Incline Bench Wide Grip - 4 Sets of 15 Reps

SUPER SET

Dips - 4 Sets of 10

Dumbbell Pullovers - 3 Sets of 20 Reps

BURN OUT

Flat Bench - Start Heavy - 5 Sets (2, 4, 6, 8, 10)
