Seated Rows - 5 Sets of 8 Reps

Behind Head Pull Downs - 5 Sets of 15 Reps


1 Arm Lawn Mowers - 4 Sets of 12 Reps

Bent Over Barbell Rows - 4 Sets of 12 Rep


Back Extensions - Until Failure
