Cutting Season Chest Day

Here is the second chest Cutting Season routine. Another very high rep routine of supersets of Chest.

The key to these routines -- Is to keep rest periods to a minimum, and choose a weight that you can use without stopping during the high rep sets. After you finish a super set, do pushups until failure.

I also added my current supplement stack beneath the routine.

SUPER SET

Flat Dumbbell Press - 5 sets total (50, 40, 30, 20, 10) I used 30-50 lbs

Incline Dumbbell Flys - 5 sets total (50, 40, 30, 20, 10) I used 20-40 lbs

Push Ups Tip Failure after super set is finished

SUPER SET

Close Grip Flat Bench - 5 sets total (50, 40, 30, 20, 10) I used 65-95 lbs

Incline Bench Machine - 5 sets total (50, 40, 30, 20, 10) I used 35-65 lbs

Push Ups Tip Failure after super set is finished

SUPER SET

Cable Flys - 5 sets total (50, 40, 30, 20, 10) I used 20-50 lbs each arm

Decline Bench - 5 sets total (50, 40, 30, 20, 10) I used 135-175 lbs

Push Ups Tip Failure after super set is finished

Whey Protein - GAT Plant Protein
