It's been a while since I posted a workout routine. With moving the store location from downtown Cleveland to Madison, Ohio and working on the grand opening, I've neglected the NutriFit blog.
On top of th craziness of opening the new store, I was sick and missed 8 days of training. Well this is one of the first chest & tricep routines I have done along with my current supplement stack! Check it out below.
Dumbbell Flat Bench - 3 Sets of 20 Reps (Last 5 Reps 3 second pause at bottom)
So for me, these products all have worked pretty well. I like to switch up brands but at the moment, I really like using GAT,Redcon1, & Nutrakey. These products may have different results for someone else but so far I have seen a noticeable difference in my daily performance! Thanks for reading & I hope you enjoy the routine!!
