Deficit Push Ups (Use dumbbells on the ground, Or push ups on plates to create deeper stretch) - 5 Sets of 10

Dumbbell Pull Overs - 5 Sets of 6 Reps Heavy

SUPER SET

Incline Dumbbells - 5 Sets of 6 Reps Heavy

Seated Rows - 5 Sets of 10 Reps

SUPER SET

Dips - 5 Sets of 10 Reps

Bent Over Rows - 3 Sets of 6 Reps Heavy
