Super Set:

Wide Bench Press - 5 Sets of 12

Wide Grip Pull Downs - 5 Sets of 12

Super Set:

Dips - 5 Sets of 10

Under Grip Pull Downs - 5 Sets of 10

Burn Out:

Back Extensions - 5 Sets of 10

Ab Wheels - 5 Sets of 10
