Warm Up - 10 Minutes of Cardio (Any form)
Super Set - 5 Total Sets
Standing Bar Curls - 3 Sets of 20
EZ Bar Skull Crushers - 3 Sets of 20
**After each super set - 25 Wrist Curls
Super Set - 3 Total Sets
Single Arm Incline Hammer Curls - 3 Sets of 20
Single Arm Tricep Overhead Extension - 3 Sets of 20

Concentration Curls - Each Arm 3 Sets of 20
Rope Pushdowns - 3 Sets of 20
Burn Out
Cable Curls - (50-100 Reps)
Rubber Band Pushdowns - (50-100 Reps)
