This workout is going to continue the theme of the other articles I have recently posted. Another routine of super sets and high-volume training. Training my back is one of my favorite days of the week because of the variety of exercises you can do to target different areas. Wide grip pull-ups are my staple in this routine.

This workout will consist of three super sets with lighter to moderate weight/resistance. After each super set, you are going to perform wide grip pull-ups until failure. Which means a total of three sets, and you may also add weight for these to increase the difficutly. I will break it down into further detail below so you can develop your back like the picture below haha!

Super Set:

Seated rows - (20,15,10,5)

V-Bar pull downs - (20,15,10,5)

Wide Grip Pull-ups until failure after fourth set (You may add weight)

Super Set:

Bent over rows - (20,15,10,5)

Back extensions - (20,15,10,5)

Wide Grip Pull-ups until failure after fourth set (You may add weight)

Super Set:

Dumbbell pullovers - (20,15,10,5)

1-Arm dumbbell rows - (20,15,10,5)

Wide Grip Pull-ups until failure after fourth set (You may add weight)
