I have been on a peanut butter kick lately and have been using it with pretty much anything, including this amazing chocolate, peanut butter and banana protein shake.
I am trying to cut back on my calorie intake because I am trying to cut for summer so I have recently been using powdered peanut butter. It has awesome flavor and is essentially the same thing as a traditional peanut butter with the fats/oils extracted from it. All you have to do is add water until you reach a desired consistency. We carry the product PB Fit.It has only 50 calories per serving compared to 200 calories that are in a standard peanut butter.
As for the chocolate protein, it doesn't really matter which brand you use but I highly recommend GAT Whey Beast Proteinor Purus Labs Myofeed. These two brands have stood out to me with their chocolate flavor but if you want to browse a variety of options, click here.
Now lets dive into the recipe and nutritional facts! (The facts can vary based on which type of protein, milk, etc. you are using.)
