Standing Barbell Press - 5 Sets of 6 Reps (30 Total)

Upright Rows - 5 Sets of 6 Reps (30 Total)


Arnold Dumbbell Press - 3 Sets of 10 Reps

Dumbbell Shrugs - 5 Sets of 10 Rep
