Pumpkin flavor season is here! Let's keep your diet clean with this healthy Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake recipe! It's a quick and easy way to satisfy any craving you may have. Ingredients:

  • Half cup egg whites
  • 1 cup milk of choice (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 Teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 1 Teaspooncinnamon
  • 1-2 scoops Rule One Whey Pumpkin Spice

I like to add the milk and water into the blender first so that the protein powder doesn't get stuck to the bottom. Just blend until smooth and enjoy!
