Crushing legs with squats & deadlift super sets! Snag a squat rack because you will be on it for a while!
Start with cardio or stretch to warm up to help prevent injuries. I'll be using a custom Myoblox stack with Skywalk, Blo, and Rubix. Skywalk is their Nootropic Energy/focus formula that will give you insane amounts of focus and clarity. Blo is a non-stimulant pump formula to increase blood flow and pumps during your workout. Rubix is their non-stim fat burner to help make you sweat and burn more calories!
Set up the squat rack and then set up a deadlift bar right next to or in-front. Squat and super set it with deadlift.
Warm Up - 10 Minutes of Cardio (Any form)
For recovery & growth I would definitely recommend supplementing with a protein powder. or any of the post workout carbohydrate products we carry. (Check Those Out Here) I'm currently using GAT Plant Protein along with Flexx BCAAs from GAT.
