Core Nutritionals Post

Posted by Seth Smith on

Core Nutritionals Post is the newest product from the popular supplement line Core Nutritionals. Offered in three different flavors, Hot Cocoa, Fruity Cereal, and Peanut Butter Brittle, Core Post is one of the only true "Post Workout" products that we carry. The formula consists of whey protein isolate, Cluster Dextrin, Leucine, Velositol, Vitacherry, and Bioperine. If you are a believer in the "anabolic window", the combination of ingredients in this formula fit that perfectly.

With only 245 Calories in a two scoop serving you will be getting 24 grams of protein, 36 grams of carbohydrates, and 0.5 grams of fat. With nearly 7.5 grams total of fermented vegan L-leucine this amino acid will aid in protein synthesis allowing your body to absorb more protein.

The really unique ingredient is Velositol which has been found to increase protein synthesis allowing you to absorb more protein, which in turn can fuel your body/muscles properly to grow. With clean Whey Protein Isolate there is only 1 gram of fat per serving which is great for those competitors or anyone on a diet.

The 36 grams of carbohydrates is mainly from the Cluster Dextrin. Cluster Dextrin is considered a far superior source of carbs compared to other types of GI carbs like maltodextrin and dextrose as it provides a sustained increase in energy levels without causing spikes in the blood glucose and/or insulin levels. Dextrose is the other main source of carbohydrates which will react much faster in the body allowing your body to sustain healthy energy.

A complete amino acid profile including the nine essential aminos that can support muscle recovery/repair. Vitacherry has been shown to increase athletic performance and muscle recovery. Bioperine will allow your body to absorb each ingredient top the max to get the most out of the product.

Conclusion

Core Post is a great option for anyone looking to recover, support lean muscle tissue growth, and honestly a shake that taste great too. Protein, clean and effect carbs, amino acids etc is all you need to make your post workout nutrition effective. Connect with us on social media!
