Super set workout for biceps and triceps. Keep rest periods to a minimum and try to progressively add more weight for each set.

Warm Up - 10 Mins Cardio

SUPER SET

Barbell Curls - 5 Sets of 8 Reps

Skull Crushers - 5 Sets of 6 Reps

SUPER SET

Incline Bench Hammer Curls - 3 Sets of 10 Each Arm

Bench Dips - 3 Sets of 10 Reps

SUPER SET

Reverse Barbell Curls - 5 Sets of 8 Reps

Rope Push Downs - 5 Sets of 8 Reps

SUPER SET

Preacher Curls - 3 Sets of 10 Reps

Kick Backs - 3 Sets of 10 Each Arm

BURN OUT

Rubber Band Curls - Til Failure

Rubber Ban Overhead Extensions - Til Failure
