All Out Legs

I'm going to be hitting this leg workout tonight! Just going to stick with all leg super sets. I might throw a little back in as well depending on my endurance when I'm finished with legs.

I included my supplement stack as I do every time for you guys to check out!! Also, there is a video below of me hitting a PR of 355 on squat. Using these workouts and supplements!!

***Cardio Warm Up 10 mins

SUPER SET

Incline Leg Press - 5 sets of 6 reps

Leg Extensions - 5 sets of 6 reps

SUPER SET

Back Squat - 5 sets of 6 reps Then work to 1 rep Max

Leg Curls - 5 sets of 6 reps

SUPER SET

Lunges (Holding Dumbbells) - 5 sets of 6 reps (Each leg)

Standing Calf Raises - 5 sets of 6 reps

SUPER SET

Dumbbell Step Ups - 5 sets of 6 reps (each leg)

Seated Calf Raises - 5 sets of 6 reps

BURNOUT

Body Weight Squats Until Failure (Narrow Stance & then Wide Stance)

Supplement Stack:

Preworkout - Redcon1 Total War

BCAAs - Cellucor Alpha Amino

Whey Protein - GAT Whey

Fat Burners - Repp Sports Raze

Multivitamin - GAT Men's Multi+Test
