At-Home Workout #12 - Legs

Quick Leg Day Workout - Use Bodyweight and Bands if you don't have equipment. This workout that can be done to help burn fat, build muscle and stay in shape. This routine is done by using bodyweight, bands and some machines.

We have posted several workouts per week (All other workouts are listed below), revolving around bodyweight/banded exercises. (that can also be followed with weights if you have them).

 

  1. Front squats 4x8-10
  2. Leg extension 4x10
  3. Standing Leg curl 4x10
  4. Bar overhead split squats 4x10
  5. Single leg dumbbell RDL 4x10
  6. Side step ups 4x10
